Can you get a STD from a toilet seat that has been urinated on?
(Please read all) Well a while back during homecomeing, I really had to go to the bathroom. Homecomeing took place in a parking lot so all they had was large portables. Not use to wearing heels and in a hurring to releave myself, I pulled my undies down I kinda stumbled and sat down at the edge of the toilet seat(the edge you face when peeing). Lucky me, it was right on some urine. I mean my butt didnt sit down on it, my actuall privates touched it. Now my B/f went to the doctor the other day because his penis hurt him whenever he would pee. The doctor checked him out and told him he might of have a urinary infection which causes him to hurt while urinateing or if not, a STD(chlamydia)(sometimescomes with gonorrhea ). Now my b/f thinks I might of cheated on him(which I didnt). Are you able to get a STD from a toilet seat that has been urinated on?
firstly, if the doctor suspected infection or std, then he would have tested your boyfriend to find out which.... wait for the results, and get yourself tested. If he is dirty and you are clean, then end of story, it's his own doing, and doing behind your back with someone else.
But, you don't get that sort of infection from the situatiion you described, within thirty seconds of the urine hitting that toilet seat, anything in it was dead. If you turn up dirty, and you didn't sleep with someone other than your boyfriend....he gave it to you.
